pmithunish.com is Mithunish Prabhakaran's portfolio, published under Kadal (run by Mithunish Prabhakaran, an individual) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. These terms add the rules for this site to Kadal's Terms of Use, which cover everything published under the Kadal name. By using the site you agree to both.

Whispers

A whisper is public: every visitor can read it, next to your flag. Keep it friendly. As the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require, don't post anything that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, hateful, harmful to children, defamatory, misleading, or that impersonates someone or invades their privacy, and no links, contact details or advertising.

Whispers are checked automatically before they appear (see the Privacy Policy), and the checks will sometimes refuse a harmless message or miss a bad one. We may remove any whisper at any time, for any reason, without notice. You're responsible for what you write.

Reporting a whisper

If a whisper is abusive, about you, or breaks the law, email pmithunish@gmail.com with its text and roughly when you saw it. Mithunish Prabhakaran is the Grievance Officer. We aim to reply within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days, and we remove clearly abusive whispers as soon as we see the report.

The race

Race times go on a public daily leaderboard with your three-letter tag and flag. Pick a tag that isn't offensive, and don't send fake times or otherwise cheat. We may remove times or tags that break these rules.

The world and its content

This world is built on Bruno Simon's folio-2025, released under the MIT licence. The truck model and the music are credited, with their licences, in the game's "Behind the scene" menu, and they stay under those licences. The career, project and lab content is Mithunish's own and describes his work as fairly as he can; it isn't an offer of employment or services. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Don't try to break the server, flood the shared world, or get round its limits. Breaking things inside the game is encouraged.

No warranty

The site is a personal portfolio, provided "as is". The shared world may go offline or reset at any time, and whispers and times can disappear. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Questions: pmithunish@gmail.com.
